Shipping policy

Due to the nature of shipping furniture, please ensure you familiarize yourself with our shipping policy.  

When purchasing via our website, shipping is based on major cities. Outlaying areas will at times incur an additional shipping fee. Any extra shipping costs will then be invoiced separately, post-purchase, and you will be liable for payment before your item may leave the factory. Certain outlaying areas may not be serviced by our shipping companies, we will then request a quote for you based on your area with an alternative shipping company.

Please note shipping is from our factory to your door, shipping companies do not place the unit and unwrap for you. If they do assist you which does tend to happen this is the company going over and above for you. Please note La Vita Designs may not be held responsible for any damages arising during Delivery.

If you receive an item and it is damaged due to shipping please ensure clear photos are taken of the damage and email us immediately. If the unit is clearly damaged on arrival please do not accept delivery and make contact with La Vita Designs to ensure a quick resolution.
