Refund policy

Please review all invoiced details before payment is made, as they are final. In the same way, it is the responsibility of the client, when purchasing via our online store, to make sure that all the selected options and sizing are correct before proceeding to checkout. Any changes requested, post-payment, or after completing your online order, may incur extra costs. Please also review our shipping policy before you order, as certain extra costs may be applicable.  

We do not offer refunds on items manufactured to order.

As implied above, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all measurements and colours stated on the quote/invoice are correct. No refunds/returns will be accepted for incorrect colour, size or materials. Please see our Terms of Service for further details. 

Should an exception be made and a refund be granted, La Vita Designs reserves the right to retain a 20% handling fee. Any possible refunds will take up to 21 working days to fulfill.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and do what we can to rectify the situation.
