How do I place an Order?

You can order any item you see here, directly off our online store. Or, if you need to change anything, or would like a quote on a custom item please, email us at sales@lavitadesigns.co.za or call 064 504 0477. 

How quickly will I receive my quote?

We try to get quotes out as quickly as we can, but due to the busy, and rather demanding, rhythm of our factory they will usually take a day or two. The only times they will take longer than this is if we need to source prices on raw material due to specific requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are always striving to improve our manufacturing lead times, each item on our online store has an estimated lead time stated. If your order will take longer than this, you will be notified when placing your order.

Our lead time on standard items is currently 3-5 weeks and for custom items, it is 4-6 weeks - depending on demand. Please do not hesitate to inquire should you need specifics. 

How do I look after my La Vita Designs Furniture?

You will be provided with a care guide for your furniture on delivery - either a printed version or a digital version sent via email. We generally advice the all wood items be resealed once a year, contact us should you have any specific question around this. 

Delivery or Collection?

We do deliveries all over South Africa, please select the correct delivery option at checkout. Deliveries within the greater Cape Town area usually take 2-3 working days and national shipping usually takes 3-7 days - depending on location.

If you are local, you are also welcome to collect your items from our workshop at Unit 37 Watcor Park, Jones Street, Parow East, Cape Town. Please contact us to schedule a time for your collection.
